A racing sports car in the “civilian” version called Nemesis 001 is a kind of international project, the protagonists of which were the masters of the Pogea Racing team. The basis of the car, created by special order for a wealthy client from Australia, is the representative of the Italian sports car industry Alfa Romeo 4C, radically transformed technically and externally.
The personalized sports car has almost completely reconstructed the “native” 2-liter turbocharged engine. So, the standard supercharger was replaced by the latest Honeywell Garrett GTX2861 Gen.2, which entailed an increase in power to 500 hp. However, due to the too high noise of the engine, its performance had to be reduced by installing a Pogea MONSTERexhaust catalyst exhaust. In the end, the output of the power unit is 410 hp. and 550 Nm of torque.
By the way, the international status of the project was not accidentally mentioned. For example, Italians made Pistal Racing cylinders for the engine, camshafts were made by Colombo & Bariani, individual components of the intercooler were borrowed from the Porsche 997 Turbo. And the software was improved by German specialists Siemoneit Racing. And, as you can see visually, Nemesis 001 has a personal carbon fiber body kit, harmoniously combined with ORBI5 Steinway “rollers”.
